Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered with AHPRA (current nursing registration) and holding a current practising certificate
- A background in aged care
- Confident clinical nursing ability backed by sound knowledge
- Familiar with the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and the standards aged care services are accredited against
- Speaks and writes excellently, and builds good working relationships
- Leads strongly and cooperates well with colleagues
- Plans the day excellently and keeps work organised
- Puts residents at the centre of care and protects their dignity and privacy
- Shows honesty, integrity and professionalism to a high standard
- Copes well with change, works effectively with others and keeps investing in continuous professional development and quality improvement
