Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a range of quality dishes that meet customer expectations
- Manage food preparation and keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Deliver consistent food quality, presentation and portion standards
- Work with the kitchen team to keep service efficient and support menu delivery in busy periods
- Help with stock control, ingredient preparation and kitchen organisation
- Follow food safety procedures and hygiene standards

Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven experience as a Chef in a commercial hospitality environment
- Experience in busy restaurants, hotels or similar food service operations
- Able to hold quality and consistency through high-volume service
- Strong understanding of kitchen procedures, food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail; relevant culinary training or industry experience preferred
