An established Perth restaurant is recruiting chefs, cooks and wait staff, and the common thread is genuine hospitality experience. Whether you are on the pans or on the floor, you would join a structured operation with room to build experience and grow a longer-term career.
This role is open to applicants already in Australia with work rights. Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates based on verified experience, performance and business requirements, provided they are willing to commence employment first.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to the restaurant's quality standards
- Run kitchen sections smoothly through service
- Prep ingredients and keep food preparation areas organised
- Keep food quality, presentation and portions consistent
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Help with stock control, deliveries and inventory
- Keep work areas clean, safe and tidy
- Cooperate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams and support less experienced colleagues
- On the floor, greet customers, take orders and serve food and beverages
- Answer customers' menu questions
- Clear, clean and reset tables
- Ring up sales and work the POS system
- Keep the dining room welcoming and professional, and help with wider restaurant operations as needed
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen experience for Chef and Cook positions
- Demonstrated experience with Asian cuisine; Japanese cuisine experience is not required
- Relevant Australian qualifications are preferred
- Genuine, verifiable employment experience
- Practical skills you can demonstrate for the position
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable and professional attitude to work
- Willingness to learn established workplace procedures
- Commitment to building a long-term hospitality career
- Valid Australian work rights
- Currently residing in Australia
