This Perth kitchen is looking for Cooks and Chefs who have real commercial experience and keep their standards up when the tickets pile in. It is aimed at people who prove themselves on the line, not just anyone filling a spot.
The role is open to applicants already living in Australia, and visa holders based in Perth, Western Australia are welcome. Sponsorship is available for eligible high-performing candidates after a qualifying period.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily kitchen prep
- Cook menu items to established recipes and standards, keeping food quality and presentation steady through service
- Handle several cooking tasks at once in peak periods and work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
- Store food correctly, rotate stock and watch ingredient use to keep waste down
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised, and follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Work well with kitchen colleagues and service staff, and adapt calmly when service needs change
Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant experience working as a Cook or Chef
- Demonstrated commercial kitchen experience, with high-volume kitchen experience strongly preferred
- Able to work efficiently during busy services
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- A positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A professional approach to food preparation and customer service
- Able to meet workplace and food safety requirements
- Current residence in Perth, Western Australia is essential, and visa holders already residing in Perth are welcome to apply
