Near Wollongong, a venue for weddings and events, one of five in its group, wants a full-time Chef de Partie ready to begin at once. Its kitchen turns out European menus where services are large and quick, and the business hopes to find a chef who will stay and grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Own your section from prep through service at weddings and events.
- Plan menus, tastings and seasonal changes together with the Head Chef.
- Keep tight control of food safety, ordering and stock, and cater at other venues when needed.
- Coach and lead junior chefs and kitchen hands.
Requirements & Eligibility
- 3 years' culinary experience, with time as a CDP or a strong Demi, and a record of plating for big numbers without losing quality.
- Food safety certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of starting.
- A Drivers License is required.
