Open 6 days a week for lunch and dinner, a harbourside bar and dining venue in Sydney is looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) and commis chefs. The kitchen is known for an explorative approach and care over every dish, and because business is going well, it wants an experienced CDP on the team.
Roles come as full-time, part-time or casual, on a flexible rotating roster. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare mise-en-place to a fresh standard and store all stock under optimum conditions.
- Cook and serve food in line with the restaurant’s quality and service standards.
- Train kitchen staff under the direction of the Chef-in-charge.
- Keep your areas safe and clean, across the kitchen and food storage.
- Lift the performance of the whole kitchen team.
- Help keep a harmonious atmosphere among the restaurant's staff.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum, 2-3 years’ experience within a similar role.
- A passion for cooking, along with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Hard-working and punctual
- A team player who supports a culture of teamwork
