A busy Brisbane hotel venue wants chefs of every level, with casual, part-time and full-time work on offer. Its kitchen turns out grill dishes, wood-fired pizzas, fresh pasta, seafood, share plates and pub classics, so there is plenty of variety.
Organised, punctual and reliable chefs who can work autonomously, guided by the senior head chefs, will fit right in. The fast pace builds experience across a diverse menu. Sponsorship is available for approved applicants.

- Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate
