Branch Manager

Visa sponsorship

Automotive · Tauranga, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Tauranga needs a Branch Manager who gets energy from developing people and winning customers. The branch brings service, parts, sales and engineering under one roof, so the job is to keep several teams pulling in the same direction.

Your results would be judged on safety, customer service, sales, profitability and operational targets, which means commercial sense matters as much as people skills. The ad says sponsorship is available for suitably qualified overseas candidates.

For a leadership role, the CV should show branches or sites you managed, the teams you grew and the budgets you were accountable for. Shape it with frame your Tauranga branch manager CV in Build AI CV.
