A hospitality group in Bunbury, Western Australia, is looking for coffee and floor talent: Baristas, Head Baristas, Supervisors or Front of House Managers. Whatever your level, the role can be matched to your proven skills and experience.
You would oversee Front of House and coffee service, guide the team and lead by example in a fast-paced, customer-focused venue where you can contribute from day one. Candidates who meet the applicable requirements may be considered for sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Run Front of House and coffee service day to day
- Keep customer service and drink preparation consistently high
- Guide the team through daily operations and lead by example
- Train new and existing staff in service and operating procedures
- Coordinate service during busy periods and respond to customer issues properly
- Keep presentation, cleanliness and workplace standards up
- Assist with rostering and shift organisation
- Support staff performance, encourage ongoing improvement and contribute to venue KPIs and operational goals
- Help sustain an energetic, professional and welcoming workplace culture
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated professional experience in hospitality, including time as a Barista, Head Barista, Supervisor or Front of House Manager
- Proven ability to take responsibility for a team and service operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a confident, positive approach to customer-facing work
- Comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Reliable, organised and good with time management
- Able to train, support and motivate teammates
- Strong attention to service quality and workplace presentation, staying focused and solution-oriented during busy shifts
- Willingness to provide supporting evidence of relevant employment experience
