Key Responsibilities
- Give haircuts, fades, styling, shaves and beard grooming to a high standard
- Find out what clients want and suggest fitting styles and grooming options
- Keep workmanship consistent in every service
- Make each visit welcoming and professional, and build lasting relationships with customers new and returning
- Keep your station clean, hygienic and orderly
- Handle barbering tools safely and correctly, following workplace health, safety and hygiene requirements
- Look and act professionally
- Work with the barbering team to keep the shop positive and customer-focused
Requirements & Eligibility
- A valid passport and a current, detailed resume/CV
- Relevant barbering qualification certificate
- At least 2 years of professional barbering experience in a relevant setting
- Verifiable evidence of work history, for example employment letters, contracts or payslips
- English language ability with a minimum score of 5
- Practical barbering capability you can demonstrate
- Genuine, verifiable identity and employment documents, and able to meet the demands of full-time employment in Western Australia
