A busy barbershop in Newcastle, New South Wales is after an experienced Barber with a customer-first approach. The day is precision cutting, modern fades, beard grooming and a proper client consultation, delivered so regulars keep coming back.

Key Responsibilities
- Cut hair and groom male clients to a professional standard
- Carry out fades, skin fades and precision cuts
- Shape, trim and groom beards
- Talk through client preferences and suggest suitable styles
- Blend and finish accurately, and keep quality consistent on every service
- Welcome every client and build trust with regulars
- Look after barbering tools and equipment
- Keep your workstation clean and hygienic, and follow workplace hygiene and safety practices
- Stay accurate and efficient when the shop is busy
- Support a positive, professional team and keep up with current men's grooming styles and techniques
Requirements & Eligibility
- Professional experience working as a Barber
- Proven ability in men's haircutting and styling
- Strong fades, skin fades and blending
- Experience trimming and grooming beards
- A relevant barbering qualification and/or demonstrated industry experience
- Evidence of past barbering employment or experience
- Strong client communication, with a customer-focused and professional manner
- Reliable, punctual and committed to high-quality work
- Works independently and as part of a team
- Professional personal presentation, and ready to commit to a full-time position
