Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations and keep drink quality, presentation and service steady
- Build a non-alcoholic drinks range with pairing suggestions that guests enjoy

Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year in bar management or a similar hospitality role
- A genuine, verifiable employment record, plus evidence of your history, skills and qualifications on request
- Proven ability to create cocktails, mocktails or innovative beverage offerings, with a creative approach to beverage development
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Willingness to complete identity and employment verification
- Interest in fresh, seasonal, produce-focused hospitality
- Ability to work in New South Wales
